    C-K is looking for a collaborative leader accountable for guiding, educating and innovating technology solutions that evolve our client's brands and deliver business results. Reports to the Executive Creative Director and contributes to the agency's leadership with responsibility for developing the long-term vision of innovative technologies at the agency. Manages a diverse team including creative technologist, ux/ui designers, digital producers and developers; a visionary willing to get his/her hands dirty. 



     About the role:

    • An experienced technology leader with a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and highly engaging experiences to clients
    • You excel at leading diverse teams and collaborating with your peers to create data-driven experiences that deliver results
    • Understands an agency environment and has experience working alongside digital and traditional creatives
    • You are a transformative leader with proven abilities in introducing new ways of working into teams or organizations, and the ability to lead and grow a team/department
    • Familiar with UX/UI, user research, leading interaction design and connecting the dots between business needs, user needs and good design using an iterative human-centered design process
    • Experience working with and implementing solutions with creative and emerging technologies
    • Provides expertise and knowledge on tools, software, platforms and methodologies to deliver these solutions and assets
    • Has experience in guiding the development of comprehensive experiences across multiple customer touchpoints – including digital, experiential, mobile, in-store and paid media
    • Demonstrates excellent presentation skills and a track record of client engagement, including new business pitches, with the ability to effectively explain solutions that solve business problems

     About you:

    • 10+ years of work experience. Agency experience preferred
    • Fluent in responsive design, mobile/tablet UX/UI patterns
    • Well versed in user-centered design methods and techniques
    • Familiar with best practices in design and production and experience with industry design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc 
    • Proficiency with best practices and proven ability to prototype experiences for internal/client presentations and pitches
    • Experience working with secure systems including a strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, Content Management Systems, Web Hosting, Accessibility and Security
    • Familiarity with creating prototypes for platforms such as wearables, mobile, web, and TV, cloud computing, machine learning. AR/VR
    • Experience using multiple technologies to create integrated and novel solutions to creative/business challenges, with the ability to learn and adapt to changes and new technologies on the fly
