    About the Role:

    • Responsible for managing paid search and paid social initiatives on assigned accounts to ensure that paid search deliverables are presented on time and are of a high quality, and that all campaigns meet client objectives
    • Daily management of all active search/social accounts, including bid optimization, keyword and copy analysis, campaign organization, other structures
    • Works with team on pulling appropriate competitive intelligence reports through third party tools and help to create an insightful presentation of this data
    • Identify and monitor key performance indicators and marketing analytics to illustrate changes, insights, or adjustments to strategy, creative, or a campaign
    • Understand tagging and tracking parameters to ensure campaign measurement
    • Work with Search Supervisor and Director to understand client timelines, budget estimates, and assist in recommendations for performance optimization solutions to the client
    • Work closely with analytics/supervisor on digital reporting, optimizations and insights for continuous plan improvements
    • Involved in and mentors search coordinator in stewardship processes


    About you:

    • You’re an “SEM Guru” with an itch to further develop the skills you have
    • You've been working in paid search/paid social for at least 2 years
    • Great “people skills”, with ability to effectively communicate with team and clients; must have a clear, cohesive, and compelling writing style
    • Proficient in implementing paid search campaigns using Marin, Kenshoo, Google, Yahoo, Bing or DART
    • Proficient in implementing paid social campaigns using Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram or YouTube
    • You have a “thing” for data tools such as AdGooRoo, SpyFu, Hitwise, AdExcel, or Comscore Marketer to name a few
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
