    The Account Director is instrumental in leading a cross-functional team on all major initiatives for an iconic passion brand. We are looking for someone that has experience in developing strong client relationships and has integrated campaign experience from strategy through execution across all media channels. The Account Director will be instrumental in leading USA go-to-market strategy and also have global responsibilities for brand and product initiatives.

     

    In this role, you will have the ability to provide thought leadership on high level initiatives while also managing tactical deliverables for a team of 4 and this position reports to a SVP, Group Account Director. 

     

    About the role:

    • Client lead for both global and domestic brands as well as agency partners
    • Oversees tactical projects across a variety of media channels including TV/Broadcast, Film/Video, Digital, Paid Social, PR, Print, Direct Mail and OOH
    • Works with senior level executives to determine appropriate operational processes internally and externally 
    • Partners closely with Media agency on go-to-market activation plans, including channel mix and establishing and tracking campaign KPI's
    • Leads strategic initiatives such as new target group efforts, in-market test and learns and provides his/her expertise and guidance on the future of the brand

    About you:

    • 8-10 years of account management experience at an advertising agency 
    • At least 1 year of experience as an Account Director 
    • Experience working on integrated campaigns with an emphasis on social media 
    • Bachelor Degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field
    • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and employees at all levels within the agency
    • Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
    • Creative problem solver and able to balance several deliverables simultaneously 
    • Global marketing experience is a plus
    • Experience working on a luxury or passion brand is preferred
