    The Account Supervisor oversees the day-to-day activities of their assigned account(s) and collaborates with all departments and disciplines to provide, prepare, and present innovative and insightful solutions for the long-term strategic benefit of the client. 

    • Drives towards impactful insights about the client’s business and category that influences plan development and recommendations
    • Has a strong working knowledge of integrated marketing and can lead the integrated team and clients though planning, execution and measurement of given projects
    • Leads multi-channel, high-volume production, managing multiple teams and clients
    • Brings inspiration, leadership and direction to the team, motivating everyone to perform at their best; can command a room with authority and presence
    • Works beyond departments and roles to develop business changing ideas and programs
    • Has the strength to manage teams and multiple clients through adversity and challenges; finding and successfully negotiating solutions
    • Manages Account Executives in their day-to-day responsibilities; using a teaching mentality to further their career growth
    • Keeps a constant pulse on marketplace trends and shares that knowledge broadly
    • Has strong writing and presentation skills, easily crafting POV’s and presenting those with knowledge and authority
    • Has the highest standards of operational excellence in mind at all times
    • Has a lean-in, forward-thinking attitude that moves the business and agency to greatness

    About you:

    • You have at least 4 years of experience in the advertising or marketing fields
    • Experience in CPG or retail industries a plus but not required
    • A Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field
    • Prior multi-channel production experience is preferred
    • You're an outgoing leader, good listener, and superb problem solver
    • You have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and employees at all levels in the agency
