    C-K is looking for a Media Supervisor that will oversee the day-to-day activities of their assigned account(s) and collaborates with all departments and disciplines to provide, prepare and present innovative and insightful solutions for the long-term strategic benefit of the client. The Media Supervisor manages the daily workflow of the media team and is expected to think expansively and creatively about problems and to identify effective solutions.The position reports to their AMD.


    About the Role:

    • Provides leadership to the media team in gathering and analyzing syndicated data
    • Oversees competitive analysis (strategies, targets, tactics and spend) to determine the implications for our client's brands
    • Mines data for engagement planning insights
    • Works closely with Brand Planning and Account Management and clients to determine plan options with the expectations of bringing creative, integrated solutions to the table
    • Works with planners and buyers to negotiate media buys
    • Leads team to pull reports at appropriate times to ensure proper tagging and accuracy
    • Continually recommends ways on how the team can develop new insights and learnings
    • Maintains media status reports
    • Helps develop intern and media planner to achieve their maximum potential


    About You:

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in integrated media planning within roles of increasing responsibility
    • Planning experience across all media types
    • Strong digital knowledge
    • Strong leaders and team mentor
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to manage his/her time effectively
