The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in identifying, attracting and hiring the best talent for the agency. He or she is responsible for identifying and developing innovative recruitment strategies agency-wide with the expectation that refinements will be made to strategy and tactics on an on-going basis.
The position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and works closely with the Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager and Hiring Managers.
